These Terms govern your use of the contextrisk.ie website and any consultancy or advisory services provided by Context Risk Advisory Limited (CRO No. 814153), a company registered in Ireland. References to "we", "us", or "the Company" refer to Context Risk Advisory Limited.
Context Risk Advisory Limited provides cybersecurity consultancy, deception security deployment, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. These Terms apply to all such engagements unless superseded by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Context Risk Advisory Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission. Deliverables produced under a consultancy engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms agreed in the relevant engagement letter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three years, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
